Tell us about your brand & how you got started

The arrival of both our first born children, just six months apart, brought us closer together in Motherhood.  Between the sleepless nights, breastfeeding dramas and new role, we found ourselves using the sewing skills our mum gave us, to produce practical items that we needed and made great gifts for other new Mums!

We decided to combine our talents of sewing and design (and appreciation for all things handmade) to do something wonderful. Four years on and our sewing skills are much, much tighter.

Who’s in your team?

Bobby Stitch is a collaboration of two sisters, Zana + Sofie.

Where do you find inspiration for the brand?

Our inspiration comes from our own personal needs for our children. Our brand has grown as our children have. With little people of our own, our products have been tried, tested and modified accordingly to make sure they do their job properly for years to come. 

What makes your brand unique / separates you from the crowd?

Our fabric and materials are high quality, natural and organic.

We have a strong respect for the environment and our products follow the same values - we choose sustainable fabrics such as bamboo and organic cottons, recycled packaging and reduce waste to minimise environmental impact. 

We’re constantly refining our products to create fun, bold and quirky essentials like bibs, hair accessories, gift packs and other little goodies. 

Each and every one of our products are handmade with love in each of our home studios in Melbourne.
