Tell us about your brand & how you got started?

I started my passionate journey with ZAKKIA when I purchased the business in February 2017. After a life in corporate, I wanted to release my creative flair, and enjoy sharing my ideas & designs.

Who’s in your team?

It’s just Katrina & I, but next month Nicolle will join us. We also have our makers in both Vietnam and India who are part of the ZAKKIA family too.

Where do you find inspiration for the brand?

Everywhere, there is so much inspiration naturally around us, both colours and textures.

What makes your brand unique / separates you from the crowd?

It’s consistent timeless quality, simple isn’t easy!

What's the most meaningful gift you have ever received?

A ring from my husband which has a diamond in it from a putter he won in “the diamond putter” competition. He actually had the diamond removed from the putter, he designed a ring, and had it made for me. By the way, it’s a very simple ring.
