Domestic Shipping
We use Australia Post and send all our gifts via parcel post, unless you select the express post. We are based in Melbourne and standard delivery is free or $19.95 for express delivery.
Place an order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your gift will be sent out the next business day. Please note, we don’t deliver on weekends or VIC public holidays and only deliver within Australia. You can find out more about Australia Post delivery speeds here.
Sorry - we only ship within Australia and don’t offer international shipping at the moment.
What happens if nobody is home?
Gifts are delivered via Australia Post, so you can choose a business address, residential address or even a parcel locker! If you’re not sure if anyone will be home, you can give us instructions to leave the gift in a safe location, however, if it’s not possible to leave the gift somewhere safe at the delivery location, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect or have the gift redelivered.
Does the gift price include delivery?
Yes, standard delivery is FREE across Australia, which can take 2 - 5 days to be delivered. For some destinations such as Darwin, Perth, or very remote locations, it can take longer.
Express delivery is optional, the fee is $19.95 for express post overnight delivery to major metro areas, but can take longer for other destinations.
Do you know the time my gift will arrive?
We are not able to guarantee delivery for a specific day or time. We’ll leave gifts at, or near, the door if it’s safe to do so. But if you think nobody will be home, it’s a good idea to send it to their work or parcel locker.
Can I schedule a date in advance when I want my gift to be sent?
Yes, you can choose the date you would like your gift to be sent during the check-out process. Remember, this is not the day you want the gift to arrive, it’s the day we will send it. We’re not able to guarantee delivery times, so please check standard delivery speeds with Australia Post here.

Returns
We pride ourselves on customer service and curating the best gifts - each and every time. However, sometimes things go wrong!
If your item is faulty, doesn’t arrive in the condition we sent it or doesn’t arrive at all we will happily provide a refund or re-deliver your gift.
If you’ve made a mistake or given us incorrect information we will try our best to rectify the situation, but it is your responsibility to ensure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us is correct. Please check details thoroughly!
If you change your mind, we’re not able to offer you a refund, but if you contact us on the same day you place your order, we can swap your selection for another gift for the same price (or higher).
If you have any concerns or aren’t happy with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of delivery - we’ll do out best to resolve your concerns.
